150g caster sugar
50g self raising flour, sifted
300g Double Cream
pre-heat oven to gas mark 4 or 180c
1. Mix the eggs and sugar then sieve the flour, fold in the cream and mix well.
2. Butter and sugar coat your oven proof dishes pour in the batter, bake in the middle of the oven until golden brown.
3. Serve with either fresh cream or ice cream
