What is itIssTV's very own chef Des Burke shows Natalie how to cook baked Sea Bream with french dressing the easy but tastiest way.
Whole Sea Bream per person
3 – Egg
1Tbsp – Dijon Mustard
125ml – White Wine Vinegar
350ml – Vegetable oil
Baked Sea Bream
1, Cut slits down the side of the Bream
2, Rub oil onto the skin of the Sea Bream and season well with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Then put in the oven and bake for about 15-20mins.
Green Beans and Grilled Lemons
1, Trim, wash then lightly boil the green beans so that they still have a crunch and are a bright green colour.
2, Cut the lemon in half, dip in sugar and place face down in a hot non-stick frying pan until caramelised.
1, Whisk the mustard and vinegar into a blender add a pinch of salt and blend.
2, Then add the whole eggs and blend
3, Whilst blending slowly add the oil. Taste for seasoning, then keep in the fridge until needed.
(Once cold it will set a little)
