Barbeque Spare Ribs


Ingredients:

1kg – 1.5kg of spare ribs, 100g hoi sin sauce, 100g crushed yellow bean sauce, 25g chopped ginger, 25g chopped garlic, 2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon Chinese rice wine, 2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1.5 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon corn flour.

Preparation:

Portion the spare ribs, wash and dry. Add in the sugar and corn flour, to marinate. Leave for 30 mins.. Mix all the ingredients except the spare ribs, pour the mixture over the spare ribs and mix well and leave for 7-10 hours.

Cooking

Place the spare ribs on a roasting tray, roast them for 45 mins on Gas Mark 4. Ready to serve

**fresh lemon juice, honey or sweet chilli sauce can be used for dipping.
