Crispy Spring Green (Crispy Seaweed)
Ingredients:
400-500g spring green, Sugar. Salt, Ground fried fish.
Preparation:
Remove the stems, roll up the leaves like sausage and shredded as thin as possible. Heat up your deep fryer. When the oil is hot, deep fry it for 2-4 mins until it is crispy. Drain the oil and place it on a serving dish. Sprinkle with sugar and ground fried fish. Salt is optional. Ready to serve.
Chef's tips: If you don’t like fish, you can use toasted ground almonds instead...
