Pak Choi with Garlic
Ingredients:
500g pak choi, 10-20g garlic, 1 tbsp of vegetarian stir fry sauce or oyster sauce , a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 tsp of sesame oil.
Preparation:
Wash the pak choi and cut into 6 pieces. Chop the garlic
Cooking:
Heat the wok with 1 tbsp vegetable oil, then add a pinch of salt and toast it along with the garlic and pak choi. Stir well. Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and add 1 tbsp of vegetarian stir fry sauce. The texture of the vegetable can be decided by your own taste. Sprinkle with sesame oil to finish. Ready to serve.
