Mongolian BBQ Lamb
Ingredients:
500-600grams lamb fillet, ½ tbsp cumin power, ¼ tbsp chilli powder, ¼ tbsp white pepper corn powder, 1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp cumin seeds (for sprinkle at the end).
Preparation
Cut the lamb into long strips about 2x2 cm wide and place into a large mixing bowl. Put all the ingredients onto the meat and mix very well using hands. Put the meat onto the bamboo skewer. (Wash hands using cold water before touching any other foods, because the lamb has a very strong favour)
Cooking
Place the lamb onto the barbeque, cook for 3-5 minutes then sprinkle some cumin seeds onto it. Cook for another 1 minute. Ready to serve.
