BBQ Chinese Belly Pork
Ingredients
500-600 grams belly pork, 1tbsp hoi sin sauce, 1tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tbsp sugar, 1tbsp corn flour, 1tsp white pepper corn powder, 1tsp sesame oil
Method:
Cut the belly pork into 2cm wide, and then hammer it with the back of the knife on the side of the chopped pork. - Wash the pork and drain it, then mix all the ingredients and pour it over the pork. Mix well and leave for 2 hours. - Place the pork on a hot barbeque. Takes 3-4minutes to cook each side. - Ideally to serve with salad and baps.
