Coconut King Prawn Vietnam Style
Ingredients
600 grams to a kilo of King prawn - 4 shallots - 3 spring onions - 4 tablespoon of coconut cream - half a teaspoon of chilli powder - half a teaspoon of white pepper - 1 tablespoon of fish sauce - 1 teaspoon of sugar - half a lime
Preparation
Unshell the king prawns and chop the shallots and spring onion
Cooking Instructions
Heat the wok with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and cook the shallots for 20 seconds and add the king prawns, chilli powder, white pepper, fish sauce and sugar and leave to cook for 30 seconds and add the coconut milk and cook for a further minute and add the spring onion. Before serving add a sprinkle of lime juice.
