The catering facilities at The Bournemouth International Centre and The Pavilion are now managed by Kudos Hospitality and to celebrate, the BIC put on an exclusive luncheon today. The menu was created by the new Head Chef at the BIC, Allen Townsend, The Executive Chef from Kudos, Larry Serra and Michelin-Starred Chef, Daniel Clifford.
