Yes made it to Number 10 Downing Street.  I can remember when one could park in this street and then walk up into London’s West End.  Not anymore, you have to go through airport type security to get this far.  Is this the threat of terrorism or an illustration of Government’s failures over decades ?  Don’t listen to what they say just observe what happens in reality.  That’s a photographer speaking.
